At Essendi Pathways, we value your commitment to growth and believe clear expectations help create a successful coaching relationship. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By booking a session or package, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds

 

All purchases — including Intro Sessions, Single Sessions, Packages, Subscriptions, and Group Sessions — are non-refundable.

To support new clients in making confident decisions, Essendi Pathways offers a discounted Intro Session as a first step. This allows you to experience our coaching style before committing to a longer plan or package.

2. Session Credits for Cancellations

 

We understand that life happens. If you cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will be credited back to your account for future use within the same package or subscription period.

• Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show: The session is considered used and cannot be credited or refunded.

• Coach-Initiated Cancellation: If we must cancel and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, we will credit the session back to you.

 

3. Intro Session Requirement

 

All new clients must complete the Intro Session (30 minutes) before purchasing:

• Monthly Session Commitments

• Regular Single Sessions

• Packages (Growth or Journey)

This step ensures we are a good fit before longer-term commitment.

4. Monthly Commitment

•  

• Billing: Month-to-month, auto-renewing subscription.

• Cancellation: May be canceled at any time before the next billing date to stop future charges. Payments already processed are non-refundable.

• Included Sessions: 3 sessions per standard month, or 4 sessions during 5-week months. The 1st–7th of each month is a reset/renewal period and sessions are not scheduled during this time.

 

5. Growth & Journey Packages

•  

• Growth Package (5 Sessions): Expires 6 months from the date of the first session.

• Journey Package (14 Sessions): Expires 12 months from the date of the first session.

• Unused Sessions: Must be used before expiration or they are forfeited. Sessions are not refundable but may be rescheduled within the package period if notice is given.

 

6. Group Sessions

 

Payments for group sessions are non-refundable. If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance that you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another available group session within 6 months of the original session date, if space allows.

7. Policy Visibility & Agreement

 

This policy is clearly posted at booking. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
