As a married couple of 19 years with over two decades of life experience together, we blend masculine and feminine perspectives to offer a balanced and insightful coaching experience.

At Essendi, we understand that every individual and couple is unique. That’s why we offer the option of dual coaching—receiving guidance from both of us—to help you gain insights from both masculine and feminine energies. We’ve spent years working in different fields, from construction to running an aerial arts studio, and we began our coaching journey in 2020, driven by a passion for mindfulness and a deep understanding of relationships and personal development.

Whether you choose our dual coaching or individual sessions, we are here to support you. We also offer guided group sessions where you can share stories, ask questions, and grow within a supportive community—all from the comfort of your own home, as our services are entirely online.
